Ok so a few weeks ago we announced a huge problem of disappearing channels. We are pleased to say that we believe we have got to the bottom of this and have successfully cured the issue.

We also ask when you register a channel could you please identify it because when you leave it WILL remove its self once all the other users have left. So to keep your channel open for when you next connect please enter this code after registering:

Thanks to the work of lightIRC we are able to make our chat rooms easy to use with our new feature being released later this week after some extensive testing. The feature will allow you to register your nickname and a channel without knowing any of the service codes. All you need to do is click Menu and then an option you would like to choose from.

We hope you like the new features thanks to LightIRC. We will keep everyone updated when this is released. There is a downside to all of this though. If you have our current code for the web based clients we will be changing this code and in order for you to get these new updates you will be required to update your html code.
